Goodwill Deals.

Hello!

So I have been kind of nostalgic for my childhood books! I have been recently collecting The babysitters club series, the box car children series, and the Little House of the Prairie series as well! Well, I have been getting them all for .69 cents each from goodwill as I come across them! Well someone donated half of their Little House of the Prairie collection and I snapped them up!
I got these 5 for under 3 dollars total, since I got an extra 20% off for being a student this week. So it was a great deal! I am slowly getting my childhood collections back! I am so excited!

While I was at Goodwill I picked up these little birdies! So cute right?

They were:.99 a piece. They were the 50% off color so I got them both for .99 total!
Great price! They needed a little bit of cleaning up as you might be able to tell from the picture, but now they are perfect!

    I LOVE Goodwill. I haven't been there in a while, but considering I just ripped a hole in my favorite khakis this morning, I am thinking a trip to Goodwill is in my near future. :)

    Aww the book collecting is lots of fun.

    I have been thinking looking for vintage books on sstyle etc. I checked some out from the library and they are a hoot!

    The Goodwill is the best place for books! There is another thrift shop in my area and I get the best books for 25 cents.

    Have you read the Betsy Tacy books?? I HIGHLY recommend them! They were and still are my fav's.

    I just wish they had some cool books here at the goodwill stores, but most of them are dutch and not the sort of book I read.

    love the birdies and LOVE the books! little house on the prarie is still one of my favs...i loved babysitters club a lot too, but i haven't read them in years. maybe i should revisit them? hmm...

    That is so funny! When we were cleaning my great gmas house I found all of my baby sitter club books!I am going to save them for my daughter! My friends and I used to make up our own clubs after reading those books!

    Love the birds. Kids in my class are still reading the Little House books. Some things never go out of style.

    Oh my gosh! I loved the little house books big time. What a blast from the past. I love Goodwill's deal on tshirts too. Once a month they do a buy one, get one around us. Great finds!

    I wish we had Goodwill here. Hmm...I just got a sudden urge to read the Babysitter Club books and Little House on the Prairie ones. I used to love them.
